A Writers Residency

Each year, this residency welcomes an accomplished French author in Wellington since 2002. It is organised by the Embassy of France in New Zealand, in partnership with the Randell Cottage Writers Trust.

Te Ataata

An Art-Science Residency

Each year, a French scholar is being hosted under this programme. It is a joint initiative between the Embassy of France in New Zealand and Auckland University of Technology’s Faculty of Design and Creative Technologies.

Te Whare Hēra

A Visual Arts Residency

This residency programme, initiated by the Embassy of France in New Zealand and Massey University's College of Creative Arts brings contemporary French artists to live, work and exhibit in Wellington.

Cinematic Arts Miramar

A Screen Artist Residency

In partnership with Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington - Miramar Creative Centre, the Embassy of France in New Zealand is launching a new program to welcome a screen based french artist, specialised in the cinema and gaming industries.
